Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
• Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return
• Perishable goods (Food & Beverages) cannot be returned unless defective
• Digital products (SaaS, Gift Cards, Memberships) are non-refundable once activated

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at returns@smartbuymarket.org with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
